  I got this Codeage Liposomal NMNH Platinum Supplement to try after reading about cellular longevity precursors in one of Dave Asprey's books. His insights on biohacking and cellular vitality really sparked my curiosity, and I wanted to find a high-quality NAD+ precursor to see if it's something I want to incorporate into my daily wellness routine for its potential anti-aging and energy benefits.Having tried Codeage products before, they have become a brand I trust for quality. I generally look for clean formulations with as few unnecessary fillers and added excipients as possible. The ingredient list for this NMNH looks good. I specifically like that this formula does not contain magnesium stearate as an added excipient, which can be hard to avoid and find excluded in supplements since most supplement include it.As for the supplement itself, I've started by taking just one capsule per day (a half serving) to ease into it. I like that this is a liposomal formulation but it's in a capsule and isn't a liquid as I've heard that liquid liposomal formulations don't taste very good. But since this is a capsule, it's easy to take and you just swallow it and I haven't noticed any terrible taste. So far, I haven't experienced any negative side effects. I haven't noticed any major changes yet, but it's hard to gauge subtle longevity benefits in such a short timeframe. I plan to finish the entire bottle before deciding if I want to make it a permanent fixture in my routine. It's a premium, high-end supplement, and is expensive, so it is definitely an investment, but the quality and formulation make it feel worth trying at.
