    Like saffron

    Great Feel Good Saffron Supplement

    Taking Saffron really does help you have a feeling of well-being causing a lighter mood than when you don't take it so I added it to my daily wellness routine. I feel like it also gives you more focus and helps you maintain a good energy level throughout the day. If this helps with digestion or not I have no idea since I take so many things to aid digestion already that unless there is dramatic boost in easier digestion I wouldn't notice. These capsules are of a regular size and pretty smooth. They smell and taste of nothing so the one you have to take is pretty easy to swallow. These a good value because they are high quality and very effective. I would get these again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a little mood and energy boost.
