I am looking for a supplement for bone health to prevent bone loss based on my own readings and studies. Strontium is one of the nice agents came to me. One of the good things for this product is that is also contains vitamins K2. The two are known will work together along with calcium to help our bodies. Also as noticed in the information page, this capsule contains strontium citrate in a form of liposome. that is easy to delivery to our cells. This capsule is easy to swallow. There are enough in the package for supply of one month.

Bone and cardiovascular system support
The packaging is attractive. The capsules contain 680 mg of strontium and 100 mcg of K2 as MK-7. Both strontium and K2 are meant to support bones and cardiovascular system. MK-7 is supposed to be a more readily absorbed from of K2.I take 3 capsules before bed 2 hours after eating any food. I read that taking capsules at night on an empty stomach is optimum for taking strontium. I checked the Codeage website and they state these may be taken with or without food. so time of day and with or without food may not matter at all. Their website does recommend to take strontium at least two hours apart from calcium.The ingredients are globally sourced and manufactured in the USA in USA in a cGMP-certified facility, which means the quality and purity can be trusted.
