I've used multiple Codeage products over the years and they've consistently been well‑made, so I felt comfortable trying this one too.The serving size is two capsules, providing 600 mg of TUDCA and 300 mg of NAC. TUDCA is commonly discussed for its role in supporting bile flow and general liver‑related processes, while NAC is often used as a precursor to glutathione.The capsules have a sharp smell when you open the bottle, which I noticed right away.One thing that made this version stand out is the liposomal delivery. The label notes a phospholipid complex from sunflower lecithin, which is the type of structure often used to help ingredients stay protected through digestion.   Liver, eye and neurological support!

  Tudca is great for liver, eye and neurological support, it works on a cellular level in the endoplasmic reticulum by reducing cell death, oxidative stress, and inflammation. Here it's paired with NAC, which also is protective to cells. These are substances that have been studied. This is where CODEAGE excels, they always create supplements that are backed by studies and proven benefits! They are a serious supplement company and I trust them for safety and quality. I also love that the dose here is reasonable. The studies I looked up used much higher doses than this supplement provides, but I feel more comfortable using the smallest doses that may provide benefits. This supplement is Vegan, non-GMO, soy, dairy and gluten free. It's also produced with GMP practices. I just started taking this and I'm taking it with food. Forewarning, it smell a little funky. I think that's the NAC. I have not experience any gastrointestinal symptoms with this and the capsules are not small but they are not huge either. I think it's a fantastic supplement to read up on, there is a lot of literature on it. This goes on my list of better aging supplements.

  Intriguing Chinese medicine supp

  In a big fan of Codeage supplements and use several of their products in my daily stack. I know I can always be assured that I am getting top quality ingredients that have been tested and are made in the US. I'm always interested in their new product drops and this liposomal TUDCA+ was intriguing to me! After some research I found that it has been used in traditional Chinese medicine. I follow a holistic approach whenever possible and Chinese medicine is a big interest of mine. This supplement combines 600mg of TUDCA (which is a naturally occurring bile salt but only produced in small amounts in your digestive system) and 300mg of NAC which is something I am already taking in my supplement stack. After researching the benefits of TUDCA on digestion, cognition and cellular function I decided it would be in line with my functional medicine approach to wellness. I'm surprised I was not already aware of it! It helps eliminate cholesterol from the body which is a main goal of mine. After several weeks of use I do not notice any immediate difference in the way I feel but I am very curious to compare bloodwork in the upcoming month or two. The pills are easy to swallow with no bad tastes or side effects. I was able to add in a supplement and eliminate my separate dose of NAC.
