    Like the format and taste

    Like the taste and the the ease of use - the pouch can be easily opened and the liquid dissolves fast. not sure about the benefits but I hope it works as I take it for better iron absorbensy

    Save money and buy it in a bottle

    These are great for travel and I'll always have some for that but otherwise buy the bottle, it's a much better deal and less waste. Best tasting of the liposomal vitamin C we've tried, add a bit of oi or other juice and it doesn't gag you at all. Went back East from the west coast and stayed well the whole time too - to which I credit this as being part of the reason why.

    What a mess

    I have this delivered monthly and usually everything is fine. This time I opened the product packaging to find a real mess inside. It was as if one of the packets had exploded. I had to wash each pouch and throw the packaging away. That said, I love the product itself. Very convenient, it tastes good, and it has helped with my overall health.
