    i think this is ok

    I've been taking this tastes not real great so take 1/3 of a dose I figure I still get 7,000 % of my B12 a day that way maybe. I had a bit of difficulty and spilled some when cat distracted me but I just ordered another bottle. I kinda figure codeage might be ok since they sell codeage at the cvs. Maybe I'll take 1/2 a dose from now on though since I read people only absorb 1% of the dose apparently. I was eating a lot of sardines and probably built enough b12 saved in me to last a couple years without sardines anyhow. One thing that is good about this b12 is it isn't that kind that causes some people with a certain genetic makeup to go blind - that's the cyano type of b12 this is the methyl type. I always get the methyl type just to be safe. don't wan't to go blind or risk going blind. costs a bit more but worth it for peace of mind

    Codeage Liquid B Complex

    I love this product because it's the methyl version, and tastes good, don't need to chase it. I take it in the morning and can feel the good clean energy right away. My mornings are good and will have this product a part of my routine. I highly recommend the liquid for this vitamin. Feel the difference almost immediately.

    Works Hard, Tastes Like It Holds a Grudge

    Let me be very clear…this supplement did not come here to win any flavor awards. The raspberry situation? Absolutely not. It's giving "someone whispered raspberry from another room" and then added a splash of regret. Nasty AF is honestly the most accurate way to describe it.Now that we've addressed the chaos in a bottle, I will say this…ingredient wise, it's stacked. You're getting a full lineup of B vitamins, and it feels like it's doing something good for your body. It's just that your taste buds will file a formal complaint every single time.The liquid form is convenient, and I like that it's easy to take without swallowing pills. But wow…you have to mentally prepare. This is not a casual "sip and go" moment. This is a "hold your breath, take it like a champ, and chase it with something strong" kind of experience.If you care more about what's inside than how it tastes, you'll probably stick with it. Just don't go into this expecting a pleasant little raspberry treat…this bottle has other plans.

    Tastes like a liquid vitamin

    I take methylated B vitamins regularly. I have been taking capsules but I like this liquid. I have used other codeage products that I was happy with too. There are marks on the side of the dropper to help you see how much you are taking. I found that to be helpful. I like that there are no dyes in this product. It is vegan, non-GMO, soy-free, dairy-free and gluten-free. The price is reasonable at the time of this review. It doesn't taste too much like raspberry. It sort of tastes like a liquid vitamin so I took a star off. It isn't terrible to me though. I think it is a quality product. It is easy to use with the marks on the dropper. I had no off tastes or odors. It is sweetened with monk fruit, which isn't my favorite but, as I said, isn;t terrible to me either. I will use it, but may not get it again.
