    Looks good. Pricey.

    First off, Codeage is a trusted and reputable brand. I have purchased from them before and found them to provide a generally high quality supp. This is intended to help with weight loss, but also would be expected to help with metabolic fitness. Going through the ingredients:Methyl-B12 - does everyone need this? Certainly not. Only really beneficial if you are deficient. That said there is no harm in taking it as B12 is water soluble and excess is excreted easily. Methylated may be a benefit for those with MTHFR deficiency.Green Tea extract - last I checked there was reasonable evidence that the EGCG component could assist with weight loss. I dont think this is high quality evidence.Berberine - analogous to metformin, but weaker. Works by producing an intracellular energy deficit through disruption of Complex 2 (?) in the inner mitochondrial membrane, activating AMP-K. This is why I am here. I try to take berberine for the metabolic effects. I would not take it on a workout day.ALA - not really sure what the evidence looks like on ALA. I know it is touted for weight loss but I am not aware of much, if any, high quality evidence to say it does anything.Probiotic blend - a decent compilation of probiotics. The akkermansia is all the rage these days as beneficial for weight loss.I am really glad that this supplement eschews stimulants, which is the common pitfall of weight loss supplements. I am planning to get myself in order, take it for a month along with my usual low-carb and fasting regimen and report back. I am trying to get from 175 to 165, so let's see if this can help me on that journey.

    I'm really impressed with this formula!It has an amazing collection of beneficial & potent ingredients that appear balanced.Without making any specific claims, I will say I'm getting the benefits I had hoped it would provide, based on the specific ingredients included in this formula. It's doing as it described!There's no smell to it when you open it. The capsules are average to a little large for those that have issues with swallowing, so just be aware.The color is vibrant yellow shade of the berberine in it. Not dull.No issues with anything so far in taking it.The price is good for the ingredients & dosing. Just be aware of overlapping dosages if you are someone that takes individual nutrients & adjust accordingly.I can & will recommend this one!
