  Collagen Type I & III using Monk fruit for sweetener

  Interesting flavor!Was worried when I first tried it as it is sweet.Was concerned it might have xylitol that I do not tolerate at all, it has non according to the label.This is where it gets interesting as they use Monk Fruit. An Asian fruit we have used for tea for hundreds of yearsNice to see they used such a natural sweetener with 0 calories and something like 200x sweeter then sugar.Usually just nix in hot water but that makes it a bit sweet, so mix with tea or fruit/veggies blended works well.It blends in and dissolves well so it is not really noticeable other then the sweeting and modest flavor that is typically drowned out.It also is type I & type III collagen as often it is just type I, so it has lots of good qualities going for it!The price reflects the top notch ingredients and quality of this product!

  Trust The Codeage Name

  I was looking for something to help my joints, skin, nails and hair. As I'm aging, my nails seem more brittle, my skin has lost it's luster, my hair is thinning and my joints are achy. Collagen is a protein that forms the connective tissue all over our bodies. It is found in skin, nails, bones, joints, ligaments, and tendons. Collagen is primarily made up of amino acids. So I was looking for a collagen peptide that I trust to try to improve these areas for myself. When I saw this had the Codeage name on it, I jumped on it. It's a trusted name and I use other products from them as well with success. This item boasts type I and III, which is good. And in each serving you get 10g which is the minimum amount you need to achieve results. It contains 18 amino acids, love the 1g of sugar and 8.1g protein. You can mix it up with a glass of water and it actually dissolved well. The taste was good, a vanilla mango. I also mix it up in my smoothie and that tastes great too. I've only been using this for a short time, less than a week, once a day. So I don't have any long term results to report on it's effectiveness as of yet. Although I will say there has been no adverse stomach upset, or intestinal issues. So far this has been a nice addition to my daily wellness routine!

  Good marine collagen

  I like this collagen powder overall. The container was sealed well, the scoop is easy to use, and the powder mixes better than some other collagen products I have tried. I used it mostly in smoothies, and that is where the flavor makes the most sense. The taste is noticeable, so I would not choose this for coffee or tea. In cold water it is drinkable, but a little sweet for my preference. With fruit, yogurt, or smoothie, it blends much better.I also like that it is marine collagen and the ingredient list feels fairly clean. Not the cheapest collagen powder, but it feels like a more premium option. I have not used it long enough to judge major changes in skin, or nails, but it has been easy to add to my routine and has not bothered my stomach.
