  Finally a once a day vitamin I can stick with

  I have been taking one of these capsules with breakfast for a full month and I am genuinely impressed. The size is small enough that I never have to chase it with extra water and it leaves zero aftertaste, which is a first for me.   Men's Multivitamin by Codeage - Daily Vitamins for Men(1 Capsule Per Day = 30 Day Supply)Natural IngredientsIt's getting harder to find a good multi-vitamin for a good price with ALL the vitamins from natural food sources. Too many multi-vitamins have synthetic DL-Alpha Vitamin E, or Vitamin A Palmitate. This one is not a good value, but at least it's all truly natural and GOOD for you with NO harmful side effects.NOT a Good ValueThe bottle is not that big, and the 30 capsules are so small that the bottle is about ONE QUARTER FULL. Seriously, only about ¼ full... Also, 30mg is a TINY amount of Vitamin C (for example). Ester-C tablets are 1,000mg and never cause a problem, so I think the doses of everything in these is really low. You can get a very good quality Multi-Vitamin for men with over TWICE the doses for the same amount. Just look around, and make sure they are natural ingredients.The QualityThe bottle and this item page says these are vegan, non-GMO, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and manufactured in the USA in a cGMP-certified facility.AND they have a very good website, so you know it's not a fly by night company.Safety SealExtremely good safety seal wrapped around the entire bottle. OK seal on top of bottle.Expiration DateVERY difficult to see gray on black printed on embossed serial numbers. I think it says February 2028.
