    Excellent ingredient list and convenient dosage!

    I was excited for my husband to try this vitamin supplement having seen the list of ingredients. I was especially impressed that it uses bioavailable forms and includes nutrients rarely found together (CoQ10, probiotics, lutein). It also seems to avoid unnecessary fillers, iron (which men 50+ usually don't need), and synthetic versions.In particular, I like that it encompasses very high-quality ingredient forms - for example, methylated B12 & folate, natural vitamin E, D3 from vegan lichen. The doses of D3, B12, B6, Vitamin E, Lutein, and Zinc are very good, and the inclusion of a probiotic + CoQ10 + Lutein is great, as this seems to be really rare in most standard multivitamins.The only things I think could be improved are the inclusion of higher levels of magnesium, vit C, folate, selenium and probiotic, as my research suggests these are a little on the low side. That being said, I think they are sufficient (he eats a healthy diet anyway and he can always add more magnesium during periods of high stress or sleeplessness, so that's really not a big deal.The main thing is that he is happy to take it every day - it is tasteless, easy to swallow, and the 1 pill a day dose is fab, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. Definitely recommend this one!

    I've been taking one of these Codeage capsules each morning and have noticed steadier energy and fewer midday slumps. The blend of CoQ10, probiotics, and lutein feels more comprehensive than my old multivitamin. It's only a 30-day supply, so be ready to reorder once a month, but at least you get a solid mix in each capsule. Works well for guys over 50.
