  Mix in my yogurt

  My wife likes collagen pills but I really like this powder because I can mix it in my yogurt every day. It mixes in totally and has no taste (tastes like my yogurt). It has all the types of collagen and include vitamin c and biotin which are good for hair and nails too. My nails are stronger and I feel like my wrinkles are tightening up since I began this powder.

  Agreeable thing

  I ordered Multi-Source Collagen Complex: Codeage Multi Collagen Colostrum Platinum because it contains a powder supplement that combines collagen peptides from grass-fed and hydrolyzed bovine, organic chicken and beef bone broth, wild-caught fish collagen, and egg shell membrane collagen for a superior daily formula. I've heard it highly recommended. Don't be scared by the smell when you open it, just take the right amount and dissolve it in water, but please don't do it with a spoon or you'll have to swallow lumps. It has no flavor, although I dissolve it in juice, which is easier for me. I also use a foamer to stir it, which is what I do with everything, including fiber, it's much easier to dissolve powders with it. I don't see any significant changes in myself, but it is highly recommended. The truth is that the price seems excessive to me, but they say it's worth it. I have it, but I haven't finished the bottle yet, so I'm really hoping it works for my hair and nails. Also, as a 43-year-old woman already struggling with the onset of menopause, I want to get what my body needs to feel less tired, I have more energy. I think it's helped with the latter. I also suffer from rosacea, and I haven't seen any breakouts on my face since I started taking it, so that's good!So far I have noticed more energy, and fewer outbreaks on my face from the rosacea that I have always suffered from.So, to be honest, it is effective in that regard, although I will wait to see how my skin transforms.

From the research I've found online, Collagen may help maintain the gut lining, Bovine Colostrums (BSE-Free) supports immune response, Biotin aids healthy digestion by metabolizing carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, converting them into energy. Hyaluronic Acid helps the skin reduce fine lines.
