    As a regular longtime collagen user, I enjoyed trying Codeage's Multi-Collagen Peptides Powder the last couple of weeks. The most effective and well-absorbed form of collagen for supplementation is hydrolyzed collagen also known as collagen peptides. This form is the easiest for the body to absorb and utilize. A single scoop daily serving has a generous amount of this best kind of collagen. The five collagen types are from five different food sources: grass fed hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides, organic chicken bone broth, organic beef bone broth, wild caught hydrolyzed cod and snapper fish collagen, and egg shell membrane collagen.Collagen supplements contain amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Codeage states that there are 18 types of Amino Acids in their supplement powder. These Amino Acid were not detailed on the label, and I was curious what they were beyond the main four Amino Acids most supplement powders offer. I often make my daily collagen powder into tasty treat breakfast shake with a low sugar Carnation Protein Essentials Instant Breakfast packet, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and a sprinkle of malted milk powder.
