  Joint Relief, If I Remember to Take It

  I've been collagen-hopping for a few months now, and this one-Codeage Multi Collagen+-was next on my list. I've taken other Codeage supplements and like the brand, so this felt like a safe bet.This formula includes:• Five types of collagen from bovine, fish, chicken bone broth, and eggshell membrane• Biotin (5,000 mcg), Hyaluronic Acid, Amla Berry, and BioPerine for absorption and added skin/hair support• Non-GMO, gluten-, dairy-, and soy-free, and made in the USA• 180 capsules = 2-month supply, which is a win for anyone tired of monthly supplement chasingI love that it's a one-and-done blend. I never remember which collagen type does what, so just give me all the collagen and let my body sort it out. I do notice that when I take collagen consistently, my joint pain levels are lower-so it's something I want in my regular rotation.My only issue, and this is a total ME problem, is remembering to take it. I've been so used to powdered collagen that I keep spacing out the capsules. I tried putting the bottle next to the coffee machine. I tried the "visual cue" method. I'm now surrendering and adding it to the giant pill box. It's a bummer, because I already have Pill Fatigue. I will try harder.I've had this bottle for over a month and have probably taken about a week's worth. But I want to take it. That counts for something, right?

  Nice blend, reputable brand

  I am not the type that gets super granular about my supplements. I outsource a lot of that work to my husband and just go along for the ride. Unfortunately, linear time comes for us all so I've been interested in adding collagen to my regiment.First off, I like that this is a reputable brand. It's not the absolute cheapest option but I don't feel like the price is out of line if you're comparing to other made in USA products from comparable brands. These aren't super regulated so the little extra cost is usually worth the confidence you're taking the right things.I like that it's a 60 day supply, the bottle is a little bulky but not as bad as I expected given the dose is 3 pills. The pills themselves are medium to smaller end of large. Not horse pills but you're probably not taking all 3 at the same time. I do not love multiple pills since they take up a lot of room in my pill case so I don't know if I'll continue with this long term vs a powder I can throw into my existing drink routine. That said, capsules are way more convenient for travel so it's personal preference at the end of the day. The pills don't seem to have any noticeable odor or taste which is a plus.Effectiveness is a little up in the air. I feel like this is one of those things that often has more subtle results. I think my skin seems to be a little bouncier and fuller but it's hard to tell what's attributable to this supplement specifically. I haven't noticed any joint benefits but I also don't have any problems currently. I think this is a solid option in its category, the additional things like biotin and hyaluronic acid also have skin benefits so I feel like it helps hit a couple birds with one stone.

  Tighter and brighter skin

  I've been taking a collagen for a month now and I noticed my skin is starting to tighten up it also looks like it has a nicer glow to it so far.
