  A Complete Vitamin D Formula That Fits Into My Routine

  I ordered this after some recent bloodwork showed that my vitamin D levels were lower than they should be. From what I've read, that's pretty common as we get older, especially if you don't get much vitamin D through your diet. I don't drink much dairy, so it wasn't a huge surprise, but it was definitely something I wanted to address.When I'm shopping for supplements, Codeage is one of the first brands I look at. I've used quite a few of their products over the past year, and they've consistently made supplements with ingredients and formulations that make sense to me. I've had good experiences with the brand, so I felt comfortable choosing this one instead of trying something from a company I wasn't familiar with.One thing I like about this formula is that it isn't just vitamin D by itself. It also includes vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc, and boron, so I don't feel like I need to buy several separate bottles just to get nutrients that are commonly paired together. That makes my supplement routine a little simpler, and I'm always happy to cut down on the number of capsules I take each day.The capsules are easy for me to swallow, and they haven't bothered my stomach. Since vitamin D levels can take time to improve, I'm not expecting overnight changes, but I've been taking it consistently and plan to see where my levels are the next time I have bloodwork done.In the end, this is another Codeage supplement that has left me with a good impression.   Immunity Supplement

  I love Codeage products and supplement regularly with Vitamin D, so this product interested me. It contains an interesting blend of immunity supporting nutrients, which I think will be most useful during cold and flu season. I appreciate the inclusion of the vitamin K, as that works well with D supplementation. Boron was new to me, but apparently that also works synergistically with Vitamins D & K…Learned something new! Zinc is known to help with immunity as well. The bottle was sealed incredibly well and the capsules are medium sized and easy to swallow. I fully trust Codeage's products because I know they're high quality, made in the US and fully tested. As such, they're usually a little more expensive, but it's worth it for the peace of mind.

  This supplement contains a combination of vitamins and minerals, that support bone health. Vitamins D and K2, and the minerals magnesium, zinc and boron. While magnesium and vitamin K2 help incorporate calcium into your bones, they also help keep it from accumulating in your arteries.It contains a combination of vitamin D2 and vitamin D3. Both providing vitamin D, but with the D3 more effective at maintaining your body's vitamin D levels. It contains both Di-magnesium malate and magnesium bisglycinate. Di-magnesium malate is magnesium bonded to malic acid. And, magnesium bisglycinate bonds magnesium to the amino acid L-glycine. Both have high bioavailability. But, this also contains Codage Helix Liposomal Delivery, with non-GMO sunflower lecithin. Providing even better bioavailability. With good forms of Vitamins D and K2, and bioavailable forms of magnesium, zinc and boron. And, with liposomal availability, this is a good supplement choice.

  Codeage Multivitamin D with K2, Magnesium & Zinc

  This is a basic and very simple multi which covers the basics of what you'd generally need for optimal health. This has replaced several standalone bottles for me. The zinc is an amount that you could easily take every day and not get too much of, but you should be mindful of any other supplements you take as it's in quite a few. Vitamin D is something I will take daily for life. It's something I feel much better taking regularly because I certainly don't get enough sun with my office job. The Vitamin K I take for healthy veins, it helps me to reduce bruising. The magnesium is in 2 forms that are both really good for absorbption, but is a little light on that dose for my needs.Codeage is a legit supplement brand with high quality ingredients that I trust. I like that this is a liposomal formula, so it can be absorbed throughout your digestive tract, and give good delivery of the ingredients. Codeage is usually more expensive than many other brands but I believe they are quality enough to justify it.
