    Great multivitamin formula

    This product has a great multivitamin formula with the most bioavailable forms. I'm a huge proponent for consuming the most bioavailable forms of vitamins and minerals; and this product has vitamin B6, B9, and B12 in the methylated forms. The reason for wanting the methylated form of B9(5-methyltetrahydrofolate) is because some people have polymorphisms in the MTHFR gene and these variations may affect the function of an enzyme involved in the processing of amino acids that are associated with differences in folate metabolism. Folic acid is a synthetic form of vitamin B9 and our body has convert folic acid into the active form 5-methyltetrahydrofolate through enzymatic reactions. I like that the vitamin C is derived from Acerola cherry which is fruit that has a naturally high concentration of vitamin C. Overall there's a lot like about this supplement and I would recommend.

    Not Inexpensive, But Seem To Be Good Performance Wise

    My husband was running out of his favorite daily vitamins. I thought we could try these for a while.WHAT KIND OF VITAMINS DOES HE NEED?My husband does heavy duty physical work at his job. He needs to have support for that.SIZEThe vitamins are average in size. 3 is not too big to take.DIGESTIONHe has issues with some vitamins giving him upset stomach, but these have not been too bad for him at this point.DO THEY HELP?They seem to give him a boost similar to the other dailys that he likes to take. He still likes his Dr Tobias better, but these are a close second.THE BOTTOM LINEThese seem to give a boost to my husband to help with physical labor.MY RATINGFIVE STARS so far. These are not cheap so a jar is only 30 days. They do perform well so far, and that is what I am evaluating them for.

    Excellent multivitamin

    I've tried many multivitamins and this one seems to be one of the best. It has excellent ingredients. The individual vitamins all seem to be in the better forms as compared to some of the cheaper competition. For one example cheaper vitamins will show folate as folic acid whereas this product has folate as (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate which most nutritionist would consider to be a superior form. The other ingredients also seem superior, although not so sure about the need for colostrum. This product is marketed as a sports supplement, but it seems to me to be a good all around supplement for any age and activity level. I've been only taking this for a month or so and have not noticed any particular benefit so far, but also no negative effects. I view taking a multivitamin as a long term insurance and not a short term cure for any condition. It does seem a bit expensive, but it does seem to be of higher quality than much of the competition. Better quality often costs more.

    Lots of good things in these

    I'm not an athlete but I do like to take good quality multivitamins. These not only have vitamins they also have the colostrum and boron so I don't have to take additional supplements when I take these. I also like that they have Broccoli sprout powder in them. Broccoli is great and packed with nutrients. This also has vitamin K which helps with the absorption of the other nutrients. The dosage is 3 a day and I usually take all 3 in the morning with a glass of water. I feel good and have not had any negative reactions, I would recommend these, even if you are not an athlete.
