    Seems to be working for me so far.

    This seems to be working for me so far. I feel better when using it, than when I do not. There is always a bit of bias and expectation, so it is hard to be objective in judging it, but for now I plan to keep using it. The mango flavor is pretty strong, but not too overpowering, at least for me. It mixes in just fine. I use a shaker ball for all my powder mixes, but before shaking it did look to be mixing well on its own.We've used several Codeage products and been happy with them. I picked this up alongside some other of their workout products and have used them together, so some of my opinion may be from the combination more than a single product. This is a bit more pricey than some options, but their quality has been good and that can help to justify a bit of a premium.

    Complete Ingredient Mix with Great Flavor

    I take a lot of various workout related supplements/beverages and I love Codeage, so this was a no-brainer. It's incredible tasting even though I usually hate mango. It contains a mix of many things that I have taken before, and includes some new to me ingredients. Tart cherry isn't something that had occurred to me to take, but according to some studies, it's good for muscle recovery. It has a little protein, some BCAAs and some stuff for inflammation mitigation. While I usually take BCAAs as a pre-workout drink, I figure it is likely beneficial to add some afterwards too. The powder mixes really well and it's easy to drink without being sickeningly sweet. I'm officially a fan of this drink. Codeage products are highly quality-controlled and made in the US, which is very important to many, including myself.

    Optimized for rest after a workout

    Though I usually don't love powdered supplements, this Codeage Post-Workout supplement impressed me with its flavor and formulation. The mango flavor is great with juice or water and can be a part of a refreshing beverage after a workout. It contains several ingredients that are intended to help improve rest and sleep, including magnesium and tart cherry, so it can help you'll feel more rested and relaxed at night.Apparently the amino acids are to help muscle recovery after strenuous workouts as well, and I find that this does seem to get me through some sore days more easily.And given that Codeage is a U.S.-based company, I feel I have more trust in the quality of their products and am happy to be able to get a product that feels like it's made of quality ingredients. It's a bit of a pricey supplement at $54.99 for a bottle but I would rather try a high-quality product or nothing at all!

It's non‑GMO and free of dairy, soy, and gluten, which aligns with the product's clean‑label approach, I actually prefer Codeage products over other brands.
