  Mixes well. Decent taste, not too strong. No jitters. Tiny bit of a tingle.

  It mixes well, even without a ball whisk. I just add water into a bottle and it mixes evenly without clumps. The flavor is decent, not overly sweet or acidic like some pre-workouts can be. It contains around 150mg of caffeine derived from green tea. It's actually the perfect amount of caffeine. It gives me energy for the workout without any of the jitters.For context, I am a powerlifter. An energy boost can be quite critical for a powerlifter maxing out on their lifts. This does the job just fine. I wouldn't need something like this if I was just going for a cardio day or general everyday lifting. I don't use this every workout. I only use it when I feel especially tired. Seems to give just a decent amount of energy without making me stay up too late at night.There is a tiny bit of the pre-workout tingles, but it's not nearly as strong as some of the mainstream brands.The jar comes sealed with plastic externally. Seems really well made and works well. It's much more pricey than other brands so the value for money is mediocre.

  Pretty good flavor, not to sweet, no jitters

  I've tried quite a few pre-workout supplements over the years, and this one lands somewhere in the middle-to-upper range for me. The ingredient list is what caught my attention first. It includes L-Citrulline, Beta-Alanine, Betaine, Taurine, L-Tyrosine, and Rhodiola, so it checks a lot of the boxes I look for in a pre-workout formula.The energy boost felt clean and fairly steady. I didn't get that jittery or overstimulated feeling that some pre-workouts can cause, but I definitely noticed improved focus and motivation once I got into my workout. The beta-alanine tingles were there, although not overwhelmingly strong.Mixability was pretty good as well. I used a shaker bottle and it dissolved without much effort. There was occasionally a tiny bit of powder left behind, but nothing out of the ordinary for a supplement like this. The Mixed Berry flavor was actually pretty decent. It's flavorful without being overly sweet, which I appreciated. Some pre-workouts can taste like liquid candy, but this one felt more balanced and was easy to drink before a workout.I've used it before gym sessions and even before a long day outdoors when I wanted a little extra energy, and it seemed to provide a nice boost without causing stomach issues or a crash afterward.Overall, this is a well-rounded pre-workout with a strong ingredient profile, good focus, and steady energy. The flavor is pleasant, it mixes well, and it delivers what I'd expect from a quality pre-workout supplement. I'd have no problem continuing to use it.

  Smooth energy with a well rounded formula

  I've tried plenty of preworkouts over the years, and this one stands out for taking a more balanced approach instead of relying on an overwhelming amount of caffeine. The 150 mg of natural caffeine from green tea gave me a noticeable boost without feeling wired, and I never experienced the crash or jitters that some high stimulant formulas can cause.The ingredient profile is well thought out with citrulline, beta alanine, betaine, tyrosine, taurine, theanine, and rhodiola all working together to support both performance and focus. Since the formula uses proprietary blends you don't know the exact amount of each ingredient, so if you're looking for clinically dosed amounts that may be a drawback. Even so, I found it provided solid energy, good mental focus, and enough motivation to power through my workouts.The mixed berry flavor is another pleasant surprise. It's fruity without tasting like candy, mixes easily with very little residue, and doesn't leave an artificial aftertaste. Overall, this feels like a premium pre workout designed for steady performance rather than maximum stimulation. If you prefer clean energy, good flavor, and a more balanced formula, this is an easy one to recommend and worth the try.

  Clean energy, another Codeage fave

  I'm a big fan of the Codeage line of supplements so I was very excited to see a new Pre-Workout product added to their lineup! I take several other products from Codeage on a daily basis in my supplement stack and I love when they come out with new products because I have SO much trust in their high standards for quality and ingredients. They even have a teen line that I give to my high school athletes. Needless to say I was very excited to see this pre-workout added to the lineup! I am very particular about flavors of pre-workout products I have tried. I don't want something that is overly sweet or tart, and I can't stand the ones that make you tingly or jittery. Upon opening the canister the product had a very nice, light berry scent to it. The flavor is just perfect... not too tart, not overly artificially sweet tasting. One serving (one scoop of the included scooper) contains 150 mg of caffeine from green tea. I workout in the mornings so this is just the right amount to get some pep in my step for an early workout. I found the effects to be a nice clean energy source... no feelings of the jitters and thankfully none of those tingly sensations that many other pre-workouts provide. This is not loaded with any artificial colors either, it is very natural looking when you mix it up. Having used this for several days now, I can say this is one of my all time favorite pre-workout products! It provides me with enough clean energy to get through a couple hours of any variety of workouts... run/hike/cycle/hiit/row/weight training all tested and approved. Never disappointed with anything I've tried from Codeage!
