    Transformation

    I have battled acne most of my adult life (still have it at 52!) I routinely get whiteheads, blemishes and the painful cystic acne. I have been using this probiotic for a few months. Along with a 10% benzyl peroxide cleanser, Noxzema acne pads and this probiotic, my skin is much better. It even has a subtle glow to it. If you've tried it all like me, give this a chance.

    The only thing that works for my acne

    This is not medical advise, just personal opinion/observation. In addition to washing my face twice a day and washing my pillow cases every week, this brand in specific seems to work great with clearing up my hormonal acne. There are no side effects. It does taste a little weird, but it's not off putting. Love this stuff. I take one everyday. If you're considering for acne usage, I would definitely talk to a doctor first to see if it could help you!
