So Far So Feel Good...
Honestly, I only got this because I had never heard of citicoline. Citibank - yes! Citicoline - no! So when I read that it was even better at boosting brain power, enhancing memory and keeping depression at bay. These days I needed the dopamine flush the citicoline promises.So far so good. I have had no ill effects. No headaches. No nausea. No blushing feeling from the massive amount of B vitamins. And I don't feel a rush with these. I just feel like a decent human being. After about 30 minutes of taking this I slowly realize my mood is stable, even after watching the morning news and opening up work emails. I feel like I'm balanced.I must add that the only thing I would add to this - since it is aimed at teens - is to add a nice sizeable dosage (100mg) of GABA to it to really try to help balance out the moodswings teens can get.
