  Great teen multivitamin!

  A perfect vitamin for my 14 yr old. No stomach upset or bad taste. She has always been resistant to swallowing pills but we have had no issues with these.

  Effective and tolerable supplements for teens.

  W purchased these for my grand-daughter. She is doing really great with them. After two weeks of her taking the we've noticed a significant change in her energy and once concentration level. She had been battling a chronic fatigue and brain fog and lack of motivation. In the last week we noticed such a positive change. Proof is in the pudding… she passed all of her school exams with high grades.She claims it is tasteless which is good and what she was looking for. She doesn't have side effects. There is no nasty odor or constant regurgitating of taste. The pill size is tolerable and reasonable for teens. And, it has improved her skin, hair, and nails.Overall we give it a 5+

  A Must Have for a Growing Teen!

  Wow, wow, wow! This vitamin is amazing! I have been giving it to my almost 13 year old for about a year now as I wanted to be proactive in the health of her growing into a teen, there's so many multivitamins for kids and women, but I have never seen ones specifically for the teen years. These have been amazing because I can see clearly effects when she doesn't take it for a while. When we are consistent, it helps emotional regulation, improves her focus, helped her skin improve I can't say it got rid of acne (she doesn't have much) but it definitely seems less than it was a year ago when it should be getting worse by all means. Thankfully my daughter prefers capsules because she is quite picky with gummies, so I intentionally looked for capsule vitamins as she can't stomach gummies. All that kept in mind, price isn't terrible with all the benefits. I am also quite impressed by the fact that they have third party research backing for the vitamins. I do give her elderberry as well for extra immune support and occasionally extra iron (very important for a young lady).I am diligent on keeping Codeage vitamins stocked because a few times when I ran out and took awhile to buy again, my ADHD daughter was having constant outbursts and her usual irrational, disregulared behavior. A friend told me that often these behaviors can be a sign of lack of certain minerals and vitamins in a child who has ADHD. I'm not saying this is a cure or something, but it has helped my daughter function at a much higher capacity in day to day life and for that I am very grateful!
