    Good Vitamin C Supplement from whole foods (natural)

    If you're looking for a good vitamin C supplement this is one to consider, due to the ingredients in it: It doesn't just use ascorbic acid, but instead uses a whole food vitamin blend of natural ingredients, which might be better for your body.

    Flavorful and active

    This is a good quality vitamin C supplement. I have been taking it in addition to B12 and D vitamins. This has worked very well with these other regiment and I do not feel like I am lacking this vital vitamin. I have a somewhere compromised immune system and so I need to always take vitamins. I get colds and flu pretty easily. And so far with this vitamin, I have kept the colds out. It is very flavorful and easy to take. I highly recommend it.

    Nice mix of food sources of Vit C with no added ingredients or fillers.

    I much prefer whole food sources of vitamin C over ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate and the like. The issue for me is whole food C is so much more expensive and I have multiple people here and sometimes we mega dose. So we can go through the Vit C!! This is a mix of several popular food sources for Vitamin C including acerola, camu camu, rose hips etc.They give an address, email, phon number and website on the bottle. The website is extensive with a lot of information which I like.I love the pink capsules. And that is their natural color from the ingredients because there are no added ingredients except the capsule itself. 2 caps is 500 mg C which is a nice dose. But there are only 30 doses per container. So the whole container contains 15,000 mg Vit C. Some people take a 15,000 mg a day if they are megadosing for an acute illness and in that case something like this would be cost prohibitive at $30 for the jar.But, whole food C is almost always going to be more expensive. So I can't fault the product for that.If you are looking for a whole food C supplement that uses a mix of food sources and has no added unwanted ingredients from a company that is transparent then this is a solid choice.
