  Great healthy supplement

  Codeage is a great brand, in my opinion. These vitamins are easy to swallow (though I don't have an issue with pills), don't bother my stomach, and don't have any noticeable taste or smell. I love the probiotics in them. It's always hard to say if a supplement is doing everything you expect it to do for you since some of that is internal. But I feel like it's a fairly well rounded supplement. I have noticed that my nails seem stronger and that they grow much quicker. If I had to knock anything at all in these, it would maybe be the price because they are a little on the pricey side. But then most of your quality supplements are a little more expensive so I'm not taking a star away for that.

  Reliable Company, No Side Effects!

  I am a fan of many products by Codeage. I like that they are well known, have a reliable site, good customer service, and that the ingredients are clear and not too overdone. They are third party tested and are made in GMP certified facilities. I have been taking this particular supplement for a few weeks now, and I am happy with it. The recommended dose is 3 pills but I take two because I use it with another Codeage supplement that has a few ingredients that overlap and don't want to overdo it. These do not cause me an upset stomach, don't cause any weird burps, leave no aftertaste and are easy to swallow. My urine does not seem to turn neon yellow like it can with other multivitamins and I hope that is a sign I'm properly absorbing the ingredients and not just flushing them out! In the past, I have had issues with certain multivitamins from other brands causing me headaches or skin irritation from too many B vitamins (I think) and I'm super happy that this one doesn't cause either for me. I can't speak to claims about hair or nail growth as I've only been taking them a few weeks. I don't notice any jitters or sleepiness when taking these, nor do I get gassy despite the probiotic blend. I like that this has some ingredients for eye health and ingredients for overall well being, like spinach and kale, two things I certainly could use more of in my diet! I feel like I am getting a good experience from them and I hope they will be an effective solution for any gaps I might have in my diet as I am primarily a vegetarian, though once in a while I will eat fish or use supplements that have fish collagen in them. I'm happy these don't contain bovine collagen or I would not be able to use them.I'm not entirely sure of the main difference between this line and the standard non-platinum line but other reviewers said it might be related to age. I've had a good experience either way. I recommend these if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy company and a supplement that is of a great quality. I know it isn't one pill a day, but that actually works better for me because I can then control my amounts and mix with other Codeage blends. These are priced a bit high but I'd rather spend a little more for better quality and faith that I'm getting a product I can rely on.
