    Probiotics that Work!

    Week 1 after taking these probiotics. My #2s are regular. Every morning. Also my stool was softer and mine use to look like I was dehydrated. But I drink 4 water bottles everyday. Yes i was more gassy than usual but I noticed it when I was in bed, going to sleep.Week 2. I've been regular with my #2s and it's almost like clock work. My acne has been clearing up and I've noticed bloating in my stomach almost completely gone. I'm thin and don't work out and I was bloated for the longest time and now I have my flat belly again. My ph balances were in-balance and I have noticed now it's normal down there again! I was on my period this week and it didn't change how intense my cramps are normally or interrupt my period in any way. It came on time.Week 3. Stool is normal and regular. Hydrated. Almost no acne. I say almost because I have rosacea so even the sun flairs me up sometimes. Flat belly!Overall I recommend this product! 10/10. I am one to not be comfortable leaving my home if I haven't had my daily poop. And now it's regular first thing in the morning. I would recommend to stay hydrated with it as well. I read about taking probiotics before taking them and everything I read recommend to drink a lot of water. I drank about 3-4 water bottles a day. I ate before taking them every time. I know it says it doesn't matter whether you do eat or don't when taking it but I ate. Not only am I regular but the bloating is gone. I already purchased my second bottle for next month.
