Great leash solution
Sturdy hands-free leash, invaluable for me, a partially handicapped dog "mom." I cannot use a conventional leash, due to neck and shoulder injuries, and it allows me to easily use a cane for balance if needed as well as avoid pulling that could further injure my shoulders. This is my second such Ruffwear leash. I keep one in the entryway for our daily walks and one in the car, along with other dog supplies, for emergency evacuations (we live in wildfire area).

Great leash, clip could use improving
Love these leashes! When they get dirty I just drop them in the washing machine. The clip is not necessarily my favorite for squirming puppies, as it got knocked loose from my grip and clipped onto the puppy's ear - ouch! Super painful! And hurt my feelings! But we are way more careful now and as they are getting older and less squirmy / excited when being leashed, it's easier to get the clip to line it's opening up enough to get it off the ruffwear collar ring.
