Product details

The Ruffwear Float Coat Dog Life Jacket in Purple Lily Small offers exceptional safety and buoyancy for dogs who love aquatic adventures. Engineered specifically to support a dog's natural horizontal swimming position, this premium swim vest features strategically placed, PVC-free closed-cell foam panels that allow unhindered movement in lakes, rivers, pool sessions, or ocean surf.

Designed to fit dog chest girths between 22 to 27 inches, this small life vest includes an adjustable telescoping neck closure that adapts comfortably to various body types, including deep-chested breeds. A low-profile, reinforced top handle provides immediate control and assistance when lifting your pet back onto boats, kayaks, or docks. For added visibility in low-light conditions, it is crafted with a tough 800-denier ballistic polyester shell complete with tonal reflective trim and a dedicated light loop for safety beacons.

  1. Unbuckle all belly straps and loosen the telescoping neck closure.
  2. Place the vest over your dog's neck and chest, sliding the neck collar into position.
  3. Fasten the belly buckles and tighten the webbing straps until snug but comfortable, ensuring you can slip two fingers underneath.
  4. Check that the float coat sits flat along your dog's back before entering the water.
  5. To clean, secure all fasteners, hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cold cycle with mild detergent, and air dry completely.

800-Denier Ballistic Polyester Shell, Closed-Cell PVC-Free Buoyancy Foam, Heavy-Duty Polypropylene Webbing, ITW Nexus Side-Release Buckles, Water-Resistant DWR Coating.

FAQs

How do I choose the correct size Float Coat for my dog?
