Fantastic Collar & Great Customer Service!!
I love the weight of this collar, it is sturdy and balanced - not heavy. I also am grateful for the silicon dog tag to muffle the sound of her other tags. The artistic design is beautiful and the materials are durable.Initially, I had a concern about the lock mechanism, as I had to push in the sides and jiggle it quite a bit to get it off. I was concerned about this and contacted the Seller. They responded quickly and shipped me a replacement. The new collar has a smoother transition when unlocking it which I feel is safer in case of emergency. The Seller was very helpful and restored my faith in this product and buying from them. (Thanks again!!)Overall, we love it (we also bought the matching leash *which is equally fantastic*) and I highly recommend these products and buying from the Seller.
