  Meditation in capsule form

  I learned about 5HTP from my man just over a month ago. I recently started a high-stress job and have become sober from years of binge drinking, which led to continuous sleepless nights, fatigue and anxiety. I knew I had to do something more than melatonin, zzquil, unisom and the other basics that had zero effect on my insomnia.5 HTP has bettered my relationship with everything. I feel relaxed at night and rested in the morning. I feel a natural wave of calmness throughout my day, even at work when I would normally be on the verge of tears. I bought a different brand of 5HTP before this that was great; however, I ran out after a month. I was having a withdrawal of sorts which I didn't know was really happening until I read up on 5HTP a little deeper. So... instead of dealing with restocking every month, I decided to go with this brand that has a 90 day supply. I took a cap a hour ago and I feel a great sense of relaxation. I fully recommend this bottle for its price, value and effectiveness!

  I'm DREAMING again ! A LOT ! Mood is becoming brighter .

  I have been feeling very depressed & irritable for the last three months . I haven't been exactly a happy person for quite a while now . The last three months I have noticed myself in a very dark place . There have been unpleasant issues in my work life that have tainted my everyday life & outlook . I ordered these about a month ago . After about two weeks I started DREAMING again . I cant hardly remember dreaming anything in YEARS . I know we dont remember most of our dreams - but , its like I would go to sleep & never , ever remember any dreams or even part of a dream like I used to when I was younger . Now I can remember up to three dreams a night , which is really amazing me because its been YEARS since this has happened . I believe my depression is lifting , not gone , but I'm feeling the empty hollow feeling going away first of all. Im also not feeling as irritable . Im feeling calmer . So to sum it up , I first noticed more dreams after two weeks of starting this supplement & after about one month a better sense of well being , calmer , less agitated , happier . I also have been careful that some nights I will skip taking the 5htp , just as a precaution .Im very hopeful & thankful that this seems to be working , so very happy Dropy has all these great supplements to improve health . My advise is to research any supplements , read the other customer's reviews , & go from there . I personally have made a choice to stay away from antidepressants , I rather try a more natural holistic approach if ever possible .If suffering from depression do some research & try this out , I sincerely hope it helps a lot of people out there because depression is a horrid , miserable lonely thing to suffer & the worst thing is that Ive hurt those who actually care for me because of it .Good Luck !

  Helps with depression

  Suffering from depression, I was looking for something, anything to help. I started taking a lesser dosage from another brand, but wanted to up it so I found yours ok n Dropy and thought I'd try it. It has really helped me I am coming out of the depression which lasted over a year. I havent had a bad day in almost a month. I take one at night around 6-7pm and this 5htp also helps me to sleep. I take one of your 5htp pills ,and a multi b vitamin as vitamin b6 is supposed to help the 5htp produce serotonin in the brain, of which I was lacking for a long time. I think it also helps make melatonin at night which is why I'm sleeping again. If you've never experienced clinical.depression, it is horrible, and hard to explain. Your product I believe has helped me get on the other side of it. Thank you, and I would recommend it to anyone suffering with depression. My shrink tried prescribing medication, but I had negative reactions to it and couldn't take them. I tried L tryptophan first which seemed to help, but then switched to 5htp after reading more about the two. Thank you, and reach out to me if you would like to know more, Mark.
