    Prefect for small dogs

    It's so hard to find a collar that fits my mini poodles skinny little neck. The 9-11 inch fits perfectly. This collar is so lightweight but feels sturdy. I also like the no jingle jangle name tag loop because of course my pood hates that sound. The green color is also very flattering. He seems very pleased with his new necklace.

    I purchased the Sage Green color and I must say, it looks great on my dog and has not faded at all. The collar is made with a soft, yet strong and lightweight material that is gentle on my dog's neck, and it fits him comfortably without any chafing.One of the features I particularly love about this collar is the silicone tag silencer, which effectively quiets the jingling of metal tags. This is a great addition, as it eliminates the annoying jingling sound that can sometimes occur with other collars.What sets this collar apart from others is its thin yet strong design. The collar is thin enough to hide under my dog's fur most of the time, which makes it less noticeable and less likely to get snagged on objects.

    Replacing same collar after two years

    I bought this same collar in the same color at a local shop a couple years ago because it seemed like the lightest and most comfortable option for our 15lb dog. Other collars always seemed too stiff or too wide. It held up well, but the tag silencer (a nice feature when you add a second tag!) broke off about a year in. Not long after that the tag ring caught on a rug, causing it to pull apart a bit. He later caught it on the same rug again, pulling the ring apart even more. After that it was catching on blankets and things, so I decided to replace it. Aside from being faded and showing a bit of wear, the collar itself was still fine though.His neck measures right at 11" and we have the 9-12" size collar. After adjusting it to his neck with plenty of room for a few fingers to slip underneath, there is still enough room to open the collar up at least another inch and a half. So even if your dog's neck is a little over 12" I think you could still use this collar.
